Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our professional engineering services.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Softuition IT Solution transfers full ownership and all intellectual property rights of the custom-developed source code to the client upon receipt of final payment.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Softuition IT Solution, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indore.
